Most printers show their IP address right on the device: check the built-in display under Settings, then Network or Wi-Fi. If your printer has no screen, use its menu to print a network configuration page, which lists the current IP address along with other connection details. You can also log into your router admin panel and look through the list of connected devices to spot the printer by name or MAC address. On Windows, open Settings, then Devices, then Printers and Scanners, select the printer, choose Properties, and check the Ports tab for its IP. On a Mac, open System Settings, then Printers and Scanners, select the printer, and view its IP under printer details.
