Terms of Use
Last Updated: July 10, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
When you use myipnow.net (the "Service"), you're agreeing to follow these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with any of this, you can't use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
myipnow.net is a free tool that lets you check your public IP address and see what information comes with it. It's meant for personal use only-not for business stuff. Here's what you can't do with it:
- Use it for anything illegal or against local, state, national, or international laws.
- Do anything that messes with how the Service works or the servers behind it.
- Try to break into the Service or any other connected systems.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service comes as-is. We don't make any promises about how accurate, reliable, or complete the data is. The location data we give you is based on third-party databases and it's not always spot-on. You're using this at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
We're not responsible for any indirect, special, or accidental damages you might experience-like lost money, data, or anything else that comes from using (or not being able to use) the Service.
5. Third-Party Links
The Service might have links to other websites and services that we don't run or control. We can't be responsible for what's on those sites, how they handle your privacy, or anything else they do. And if something goes wrong because of those third-party sites, that's not on us.
6. Changes to Terms
We can change these Terms whenever we want. When we do, we'll update the date at the top so you know something's different.
7. Contact Us
Got questions about these Terms? Feel free to reach out.
8. Mobile App and Subscriptions
The MyIPNow mobile app offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies — we do not process refunds directly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
10. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
11. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please contact us via the contact page with a description of the work, its location on the site, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid complaints promptly.
