Everyone in your house shares the same public IP address, since your entire home network connects to the internet through one router assigned by your internet provider. However, each device inside your home, such as phones, laptops, and smart TVs, has its own separate private IP address assigned by your router. This private address is only used for communication within your home network and is not visible to the outside internet. So while a website would see the same public IP address for everyone in your household, your router keeps track of which private IP address belongs to which device using that shared public connection.
