Finding your 192.168 IP address depends on the device and operating system you are using. On Windows, open Command Prompt and type ipconfig, then look for the IPv4 Address listed under your active network adapter. On a Mac, open System Settings, go to Network, select your connection, and the IP address appears on that screen, or you can type ifconfig in Terminal for the same information. On an iPhone, go to Settings, then Wi-Fi, and tap the blue info icon next to your connected network. On Android, go to Settings, then Network and Internet, then Wi-Fi, and tap your connected network to see its details. In every case, the address you find in the 192.168 range is your private IP, used only within your local network.
